We are currently looking for a fully-funded post doc!

3D vision lab is a fun and collaborative place with competitive members.
We work at the intersection of computer vision, 3D reconstruction, graphics, and robotics.

Specifically, our current research topics are:

  • Neural rendering
  • Generative AI: diffusion, GANs, etc.
  • 3D reconstruction and change detection
  • SLAM / pose tracking
  • Semantic scene understanding
  • Human motion generation (kinematics & dynamics)
  • Physics simulation
  • Face capture
  • Object-centric learning and vision-based RL

Take a look at our recent publications to learn more about our research.

We are looking for a person who has:

  • Completed PhD (or very close to completion)
  • High motivation and dedication
  • Background in vision / graphics / robotics with publications record at top-tier venues (e.g., CVPR, ICCV, ECCV, Siggraph, RSS, ICRA, CoRL, etc.)
  • Solid mathematical background (numerical optimization, linear algebra, computational geometry, statistics, etc.)
  • Proficient English and communication skills

Please email your application directly to Young Min Kim ( youngmin.kim@snu.ac.kr ) with all of the followings:

  • brief CV (one page)
  • research statement (one page)
  • bachelors and masters transcripts
  • contact information of at least two references
